Yes! All our shampoo bars are made of natural Oriental herbs (Platycladus orientalis, Chinese honeylocust fruit, prepared Polygonum multiflorum, etc.), free of silicones, synthetic preservatives, parabens, SLS/SLES, and fragrances. They have passed dermatological mildness tests, so sensitive scalps can use them with confidence. If you have extreme allergies, we recommend doing a patch test behind the ear before first use.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with an order number. Once your order is shipped from our China warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check the status via the "Order Tracking" page on our website or the logistics partner’s official website
You can apply for modification (e.g., shipping address) or cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, the order will enter the warehouse processing stage (packaging, labeling) and cannot be modified or canceled. Please contact us immediately via email or the contact form if you need to make changes.

All orders are shipped from our official warehouse in China. Delivery time includes processing time + shipping time:
Processing time: 1-3 business days (verify order, pack, ship).
Shipping time:

✅ Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain): 15-25 business days (via China Post Registered Air Mail / DPD).

✅ Asia (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia): 7-10 business days (via China Post EMS / SF Express).Note: Delivery time may be extended by 7-10 days due to customs clearance, holidays, or force majeure.
If the package is lost (no tracking update for 30 days) or damaged (with photo proof), please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will verify with the logistics partner and provide a solution (reshipment or full refund) free of charge.
